Bird names exercise

As the bird names are shown, push the key of the first letter, then last letter, then again first letter of the bird name etc. Letter that was pressed (if found in the bird name) will be cleared. When all the letters of a bird name are cleared, a new bird name will be show. Ten in total. When all the ten bird names have been cleared, the program restarts.
